Expely is an e-commerce application that aims to enable customers to access local and international stores located in markets and malls, which establishes a new shopping method in which these stores are supported to appear on an online shopping platform and raise their sales. Experly helps customers to get products from different brands and industries in one place and to be informed about the latest offers and fashion trends in all stores and stores within their area.

Please see the seller's terms and conditions below. These Seller Terms will be posted on the Narsooq website and set out the terms on which you as a seller may access and use our Site, Services and Applications, including our Mobile Application, to sell directly to buyers on the Site.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that these seller terms are for initial review only. Acceptance of these Seller Terms will be effective only when they are accepted on our Site. In addition, Nearby reserves the right to amend the seller's terms before they are accepted on the site.

Seller Terms and Conditions

Seller's terms and conditions ("Seller Terms") and all additional policies and terms (if applicable) on the Site to interface set forth the terms that allow you as a Seller to enter and use the Site, Services and Applications, including our Mobile Application, (collectively "" “Services”), for the purpose of selling directly to buyers via the Site.
These Seller Terms apply in addition to all other terms (including our Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, and Privacy Policy) and any other policies and additional terms (collectively, the “Legal Documents”). By accessing, registering, and/or continuing to use or access our Services, you agree to be bound by these Seller Terms and Legal Documents with immediate effect. A reference to “you” in these Seller Terms is a reference to you as a legal person.

We are the foundation of the linking nucleus for information technology - registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We provide services to you as a seller in order to enable you to present your products to the buyers registered with us on the site. This is according to the sales model and services we provide. Our services include: (a) storage, order processing and fulfillment (such as communicating with a buyer about their purchase, obtaining payments from a buyer and arranging delivery); (b) shipping the product from your warehouse or from your premises to the buyer; (c) collect cash and process payments; and (d) secure the call center and customer service in accordance with our Terms of Use and Terms of Sale.
We have the right to determine the content, appearance, design, functionality and all other aspects of the Website and Services (including the right to re-design, modify, remove and change the content, appearance, design, functionality and other aspects of the Website and Services and any element, aspect, part or feature thereof at any time and to another), delay or suspend listing, refuse to list, cancel listing, or require you not to list any or all Products in our sole discretion. We may, at our absolute discretion, suspend any of your sales transactions for the purpose of conducting an investigation, and we have the right to refuse to process and/or restrict shipping destinations and/or stop and/or cancel any of your sales if we consider it necessary for legal purposes or to ensure compliance with the seller's terms.

The sales models made available to you are detailed in the Service Addendum which forms an integral part of the Seller Terms ("Service Addendum") of the respective Nearby Site. The classification of each type of product must be strictly detailed according to its own selling model. In cases where the product is stored by you and delivered to the buyer by us, the order must be made within the time period pre-determined on your account.
In accordance with the Seller Performance Program, we reserve the right to suspend or ban your account for the following reasons: a) delivery delays as per the agreed schedule; b) a high level of returns; c) negative reviews from buyers; and/or d) cancel an order that has been confirmed by the Buyer.

Your obligations as a seller
You are obligated to read the legal documents and, in particular, to take note of the eligibility conditions and account information necessary to open a seller account and your responsibilities when using the Site, including
This includes your responsibilities with respect to the products prohibited by these Terms of Use.
In addition to your obligations in the Legal Documents, and unless otherwise agreed by us, you must comply with the following conditions:

(a) deliver the Product in accordance with packaging conditions and other instructions notified to you in writing and in advance;

b- Packaging and transporting products safely in a manner that minimizes the risk of product damage;

c- Obtaining all documents, permits and approvals necessary for the delivery of the product,

d - accept returned products that come under warranty in accordance with the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and/or the terms of use;

e- Providing a twenty-four (24) month warranty for all electronic products (specified in the terms of sale) that are sold to buyers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These warranties apply where there are defects in material, design and workmanship. Your obligations are limited to repairing the defective product or replacing the defective part, or at our discretion, replacing the product or making a refund according to the market price of the same product. g- Continuing responsibility for after-sales services, warranties, maintenance and defects, and

(h) comply with our instructions regarding your products or use of our services, including in relation to deleting listings of products that infringe the intellectual property rights of others and arranging for delivery or collection of returns or other similar matters;

i- Provide us with your VAT registration data, and any additional information required by us. All registration data or requested information provided to us must be accurate and correct; And

j- Update your pricing, taking into account value-added tax. Any products shipped to the buyer will be subject to VAT.

k- You acknowledge that you are responsible for paying all relevant taxes to the General Authority of Zakat and Tax.
